We collect the information you provide directly — account details such as your name and email, the family and care-team members you invite, and the moments, notes, milestones, and documents you choose to add to a child's journey. We also collect limited technical information, such as device and usage data, to keep the Service secure and reliable.

We use your information to operate the platform: to display a child's journey to the people you have authorized, to highlight meaningful moments and milestones, to send relevant notifications, and to provide support. We use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

A child's journey is visible only to the people invited into it by the account owner and the providers connected to that child. We share information with trusted service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and analytics) under strict confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. We never share a child's information for advertising.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content or close an account, we remove the associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal, security, or record-keeping obligations.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information from within your account settings or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Account owners control who can view a child's journey and may revoke access at any time.

We protect your information using industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep your family's information safe.

MomentA is designed to be used by adults on behalf of a child. We collect information about a child only from the authorized adults in that child's circle, and we use it solely to support that child's growth journey.
