By creating an account or otherwise accessing MomentA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a family, organization, or care team, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MomentA is a child-journey platform that helps families and care teams capture meaningful moments, follow each child's growth, and celebrate milestones over time. The Service is provided for supportive and informational purposes and does not replace professional medical, clinical, educational, or legal advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are intended for adults acting on behalf of a child; you may not create an account for a person under the age required by applicable law.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its child-centered mission. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, upload harmful or infringing content, or interfere with the security or integrity of the platform. Access to a child's journey is governed by the roles and invitations set by that child's account owner.

Moments, notes, documents, and other content you contribute remain yours. By adding content, you grant MomentA a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service for you and the people you have invited into the journey. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

MomentA is provided free of charge to families, guardians, and provider organizations. There are no subscriptions, fees, or payment details required to use the Service. If we ever introduce optional paid features in the future, we will give clear advance notice and you will never be charged without your explicit agreement.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MomentA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@momenta.co.
